The short version
We collect as little as possible. Reading the site requires no account and stores nothing about you on our side. When monetization features are added (ads, email), they'll only run with your consent where the law requires it.
What we collect
- Nothing required to browse. This is a static site — pages are served from a CDN (Cloudflare), which processes standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and performance. We don't analyze those logs to profile you.
- Email — only if you subscribe. Address, signup time, and confirmation status. Double opt-in. Unsubscribe link in every email. Never sold, rented, or shared.
- Contact form. If you use it, we receive what you typed and keep it only to answer you.
- Affiliate links. When you click an outbound affiliate link, the destination merchant may set cookies and process your data under their privacy policy.
Cookies and consent
The site currently sets one functional item: a local browser preference recording your cookie-consent choice. It never leaves your browser. If display advertising is added, a Google-certified consent banner will gate advertising and analytics cookies for visitors from the EEA and UK, per Google's EU user consent policy and GDPR.
Your rights (GDPR — EU/UK visitors)
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@naturallyrestful.xyz — we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Your rights (CCPA/CPRA — California visitors)
You may request disclosure of personal information collected, deletion, and correction, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California law considers some sharing (e.g., advertising cookies) to be a "sale" — opt out via the cookie banner's Reject button or by email.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EEA) and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
